Mark, 34, a former star of The Only Way Is Essex, recently underwent surgery to remove the lump after doctors feared it might become cancerous.

“This is the first walk I’ve taken since having the surgery – so many have been so nice to me, thank you very much.
“I got the news the other day that it’s clear, it’s cancer-free.
“It was a terribly worrying time, but now it’s over, it’s in the past.”
Mark has now discussed how he was unable to exercise from the operation and said the long walk was the first part of the exercise he did.
He added: “Honestly, my mind is already cleared. I have had the worry and anxiety of what is going to be and just from staying and recovering, I feel a little down and not very motivated.
“Just a message from me for you now that I have started training again, I feel much better that it has cleared my mind. And that is why I come here to talk to you about what will happen in 2022”.
Mark then discussed his Train Wright fitness app and Eat Wright food program and revealed in the new year that the app will be renamed to Live Wright.
“We’re relaunching, all we’re doing now is Live Wright,” revealed Mark. “Because some people can’t work out. This operation took me to two weeks without training. So we realize it’s not about the training you do, but about your food – I’ve eaten terribly in the last couple of weeks because I was feeling a little ‘ low.”
Michelle Keegan’s husband continued: “January 1st it’s time to go, he’s back in. I’ll fully recover from this, he’s still a little sore, but I’ll be back in the game, living well. Wait and see what’s coming. in this app. “
As Mark shared the video with his followers, he added in the caption: “Some news for 2022 … I recently had a few health issues that I talked about last week, thankfully now I’ve got it all clear. , which is great and I feel so lucky
“I’m not going to lie, even though it really scared me and my family and made me even more passionate about keeping myself as fit and healthy as possible and hopefully trying to help many of you do the same too.

“It’s probably obvious now that Josh and I love fitness and training, but there’s actually a lot more to being healthy than that (nutrition, routine, recovery, sleep, balance, healthy habits etc. etc.). ) and as I’ve learned from my operation, training isn’t always an option for people.
“So we wanted to make sure all of this is reflected in the app and everything we offer you guys. We do a lot more than just train Wright, we live Wright.”
He concluded the caption with: “So from 2022, we are relaunching as Live Wright and we would love for you to join us on this journey. Everything @trainwright is currently leveling up and honestly can’t wait to see it. “
