elysewalker commissioned Hugo & Marie, an independent artist management company and agency based in New York, the creative design and development of the site, taking the personal experience of elysewalker in-store and translating it for an online audience. In keeping with the brand’s mission to support young female talents, elysewalker selected New York photographer Sophie Elgort to capture the editorial launch campaign. Shot in downtown Los Angeles amidst iconic monuments and buildings, the campaign’s concept was to capture the energy of the city by elevating the everyday experience, with human connections, natural interactions and genuine moments.
With a conversational tone of voice and a bold color palette, the new elysewalker.com evokes a distinct and differentiated point of view. Fabrics throughout the site are stylists’ personal “Love Notes” to convey a unique experience that mimics the energy of shopping in an elysewalker store. The platform will initially focus on the United States, with plans to strategically expand into key international markets in the future.
