Love Island bosses have opened apps for sexy singles to find love in the popular dating show’s 2022 series.

The exciting news was announced on the social media platform Instagram when the official account shared a familiar snapshot of the sunbeds, on which they wrote: “2022 apply now”.

In the caption, they continued: “Happy New Year! [stars emoji] Now, who wants to spend the summer in heaven, hoping to find love? ”Followed by a pink heart emoji.

They went on to state, “Nominations are officially open for #loveisland 2022. Get the graft and apply now by clicking the link in bio.”

Those wishing to “spend the summer in paradise” must be at least 18 years old on the date of application, must not be an employee of ITV, Motion, Broadcaster or any company owned by ITV or be a partner or relative of someone who works at the program.

They must also be in possession of a valid passport and be able to participate for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks.

Celebrities who have already taken part in the show were quick to comment on the news as Biggs Chris, 29, who was in season six, wrote, “Good luck everyone,” with a crossed finger emoji.
