The expert in the history of fashion and textiles then toasted “everything we have done this year to cope” and “everything we will do next year to heal”.
Anna added: “Here we are all, surviving, creating and laughing at tik tok videos. So long 2021. For better or for worse I’ll carry a piece of you with me forever.”
She later shared celebratory photos on her Instagram story of the New Year celebrations, including a midnight “kiss” from a lovely dog.
Meanwhile, her ex John has marked the holiday season by spending time with her partner Olivia Munn, their newborn son Malcolm and his family. Olivia shared photos of her mother making bánh bao (stuffed sandwiches) and called her baby “adora-bao”.
