She was my college girlfriend, “Dean explained at the time.” The producers called me and said, ‘Hey, we’re thinking about picking this person, what do you think of her? We know you were dating 10 years ago.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, she’s great. If she gets selected for the show, she’ll either win the show or be the next bachelorette party.’ And I firmly believe in it ».

This is where you get it all, like “Oh, it’s a little world”. So that you know those guys, it means nothing to me. But [Gabby] gets out of the limo and she’s got the pillow and makes that joke. And I’m like, ‘Can they get it on the air?’ I don’t even know how to answer, so I just laughed nervously because I was like, ‘I don’t know what to say to this. My mother looks at this, my grandmother looks at this! ‘ But the sense of humor is right there with one of the best things I look for. And why that was the first thing he did … [and] he did it confidently, very boldly. I think how people saw it in his introductory pack, like, he’s dumb and he’s someone to keep an eye on.
