The restoration of a painting titled “Virgin of the Rocks” succeeded in revealing the details of which have been difficult to see the invisible. Restoration was also shown that these paintings are made by the maestro, Leonardo da Vinci, without the help of his assistant, as is often alleged.

The restoration was among clean varnish layer on a painting whose quality has been much reduced since the last redeveloped in the late decades of the 1940s that made the painting appear blurry.

Cleaning up the old varnish that allows the experts to look more closely at the original scratches da Vinci through the brush.
